Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role:** Coordinates the administration and continuous improvement of quality management systems. **What You'll Do:** * Implement quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines, and control plans that ensure the quality and reliability of manufactured products. * Lead the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to achieve quality objectives. * Address trends related to internal and external nonconformities. * Manage multiple teams, team leaders, quality specialists, and inspectors to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Review reports and collaborate with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to resolve quality issues. **Educational Requirements:** * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering fields. **Required Skills:** **Quality Management:** * Knowledge of quality tools, data analysis, use of measurement instruments, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least one year of experience in quality or similar positions. * Uses relevant quality indicators for their unit or function. * Complies with organizational quality management processes and practices. * Applies quality evaluation tools and techniques such as reviews and inspections. * Works with quality assurance methods, tools, and techniques. **Root Cause Analysis (RCA):** * Investigates a wide range of problems, determines root causes, and identifies solutions. * Recommends candidates for root cause analysis even under chaotic organizational conditions. * Develops corrective actions based on RCA results. * Guides others in recognizing recurring situations, even when they occur at different times or affect different people. **Manufacturing Processes:** * Distinguishes assumptions, perspectives, and historical frameworks. * Evaluates past decisions to gain insights that improve decision-making processes. * Analyzes and validates decision options and predicts their potential impact. * Advises others on analyzing and synthesizing relevant data and evaluating alternatives. **Manufacturing Standards, Processes, and Policies:** * Ability to construct persuasive arguments and influence decisions. * Understands the organization’s decision-making culture. * Uses active listening and questioning to identify opportunities. * Recognizes key decision-makers and adapts communication accordingly. * Presents ideas clearly and persuasively to teams and stakeholders. **Top Candidates:** * Intermediate English **Additional Information:** * Location: Santa Catarina * Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Availability to rotate shifts. * Don’t forget to include your resume. * No sponsorship is offered for foreign candidates. * No domestic relocation assistance is provided for this position. **Final Details:** **Please check frequently the email associated with your application, including your spam folder, as this is our primary method of communication.
