The MIK Line Packing Operator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate physical delivery of finished products, guaranteeing continuity of the production process. They operate assigned equipment safely and strictly comply with quality, food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), industrial safety, and 5S organization and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities: * Strictly adhere to safety, quality, and food safety standards, safeguarding both personal integrity and that of colleagues by following established procedures. * Operate MIK packing lines correctly, ensuring compliance with defined parameters and procedures. * Perform correct assembly and disassembly of packing lines. * Ensure timely supply of packaging materials for each shift. * Carry out product changeover cleanings, flushes, and pre-operational checks, ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety requirements. * Know and apply operational procedures (e.g., product changeovers, pre-operational checks) and principles of packaging and packing. * Operate MIK line PLC systems according to training level. * Perform autonomous maintenance on assigned equipment. * Monitor PPROs and PCCs per quality guidelines. * Accurately and promptly complete production, quality, and traceability records, as well as reports in SAP (UAS, finished product labels). * Print and verify finished product labels. * Hand over and receive shifts responsibly, communicating process status promptly. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and care of facilities, reporting any deviations to the Shift Leader or Quality department. * Remain available to cover vacations, overtime, or unplanned absences. About You: * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school with certificate (high school diploma preferred). * Basic arithmetic knowledge. * Basic Excel and SAP skills desirable (not mandatory). * Prior experience in the food industry is desirable. * Teamwork and cooperation. * Responsible individual committed to safety, quality, and food safety. * Adaptability to change and ability to follow processes. * Interest in continuous learning and constant improvement.
