If you envision yourself as part of a team helping the global economy grow through our worldwide network of customers and terminals, we’d love for you to apply to our open positions! **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Serve as the first point of contact for customers and users of the export operations. * Ensure that product and service execution within the terminal is carried out by the relevant departments. * Report deviations in product and service execution for timely review by the relevant departments and levels. * Build service and product bridges through daily customer and user interactions. * Deliver exceptional treatment, attention, and respect to internal and external customers and users—positively distinguishing our company from competitors. * Maintain a consistent level of empathy and customer attention aligned with company values. * Report on and address the performance of electronic tools. * Provide solution alternatives to customers and users for daily tasks. * Share additional positive services and products with relevant teams and levels—benefiting the market or specific/key accounts. * Analyze trends and business under controlled conditions. **What talent are we looking for?** * Education + Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in international trade and business or a related discipline preferred. * Training + Basic knowledge of ISO 9001\-2015 and ISO 14001\-2015 standards. + Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Experience + Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, including cargo release procedures and handling in port facilities.
