We seek talent eager to grow with us and strengthen our market presence as a field sales representative. **Requirements:** * **Experience: Minimum 5 years required** in the pharmaceutical sector and high-specialty sales. * **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete university degree. **Knowledge:** * Technical expertise in pharmaceuticals and geographic knowledge of Toluca. * Weekly work plan per visit and territory. * Understanding of inventory rotation and stock control. * Product promotion at point-of-sale (PTV). **Attitudinal Profile:** * **Customer Focus:** We seek someone with active listening skills and empathy to understand physicians’ and administrators’ needs. * **Commercial Resilience:** Ability to maintain proactivity and **frustration tolerance** amid complex purchasing processes and difficult negotiations. * **Ethics and Rigor:** Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail in every sales process. * **Growth Mindset:** Openness to continuous learning and a mindset oriented **100% toward results.** **Skills:** * Assertive communication. * Negotiation ability regarding pricing, terms, and volume. * ERP system proficiency with strong sales closure capability and ability to deliver weekly and monthly reports. * Willingness to acquire new clients and maintain the current customer portfolio. **We Offer:** * **Base Salary + Commissions,** *(Based on competencies, experience, and active client portfolio).* * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Do you currently have an active client portfolio (hospitals, clinics, or pharmacies) in the Toluca area? * This position involves facing rejections and challenging purchasing processes — do you consider yourself highly frustration-tolerant and results-oriented?
