Development of corporate security plans and programs Logistics company seeks: **ASSET SECURITY MANAGER** Location: Toluca, Lerma Area **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar positions. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminology, or Public Security. * **PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED)** **KNOWLEDGE:** * Asset security. * Liaison with authorities. * Management, coordination, and training of security personnel. * Transportation security. * Satellite monitoring and tracking. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1\.** Propose security policies to the organization for comprehensive risk management aligned with the nature, size, and complexity of operations. **2\.** Propose security devices to reduce risk levels the company is willing to assume during Kälte Logistik activities. **3\.** Establish necessary actions for implementing required security equipment (CCTV, alarms, etc.) at the CEDIS and for transporters. **4\.** Correct security deviations relative to assumed risk levels and exposure degrees. **5\.** Approve significant improvements in the company's risk profile criteria related to asset protection. **6\.** Evaluate service levels and capabilities of security providers. **7\.** Report to the executive committee risks associated with new products and major changes in warehouse routes or operations. **8\.** Manage and coordinate security personnel stationed at the Kälte Logistik warehouse. **9\.** Supervise and oversee private security custody companies and in-house security firms. **10\.** Develop corporate security plans and programs. **WE OFFER** \- Statutory benefits from day one \- Job stability \- Positive work environment \- Grocery vouchers \- Life insurance \- Savings fund \- Credit union \- Life insurance \- Vacation bonus **WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs** Salary: $45,000.00 \- $50,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
