




Job Summary: We are seeking a District Manager to ensure the achievement of sales, operational, and profitability goals by supervising and developing teams in self-service stores. Self-Service Retail Chain is looking for: **District Manager** **Job Objective:** Ensure achievement of sales, operational, and profitability goals across stores under your responsibility through supervision, development, and motivation of Store Managers and their teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise 8 to 12 stores within the assigned area. * Ensure proper execution of operational and administrative processes. * Analyze key performance indicators (sales, shrinkage, inventory, productivity, etc.). * Implement strategies to increase sales and control expenses. * Ensure compliance with policies, service standards, and planograms. * Train, provide feedback to, and develop Store Managers. * Report progress, results, and action plans to Regional Management. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a District or Regional Manager, or in a similar role in retail, self-service, or convenience stores.
