Professional training and development Lerys is hiring an Administrator. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate administrative activities across various service units. * Manage and interpret financial information (daily reports, revenues, expenditures, cost of sales, inventories, etc.) * Cash control and administration, resource allocation, cash flow, and expense management. * Preparation of administrative and financial reports. * Contribute to resource planning and control. * Coordinate with different departments to ensure process compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration or administrative process management. * Prior experience in service stations or regulated sectors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to advanced Excel). * Knowledge of document control and administrative processes. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Salary of $15,000 to $18,000. * Performance-based bonuses. * Professional training and development. * Growth opportunities.
