Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Analyst, Logistics Transportation, responsible for ensuring the efficient fulfillment of customer deliveries, leading the planning, monitoring, and optimization of logistics processes, and managing transportation financials. Key communication point between logistics and other departments. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Logistics Transportation, responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely fulfillment of deliveries to customers across Retail, Wholesale, and New Channels. This role leads the planning, monitoring, and optimization of logistics processes, as well as the administrative and financial management of transportation. You will be responsible for delivery planning, freight account administration, cost analysis, and execution of projects focused on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and reduction of logistics costs. This role has a direct impact on: * Sales and customer service * Execution of operational strategies * Cost-saving and logistics efficiency projects Additionally, you will serve as a key communication link between Logistics, Customer Supply Chain, Customer Full Fulfillment, Customers, Sales, and Manufacturing. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Logistics Planning and Execution** * Ensure customer supply through optimal order and route planning. * Manage daily and weekly shipment planning. * Guarantee Lead Time compliance for Retail, Wholesale, and New Channels. * Plan cross-dock shipments, ensuring on-time final delivery. * Provide visibility to customers and internal teams on OTD order status, deliveries, shortages, and returns. **Coordination with Suppliers and Internal Departments** * Maintain close communication with Warehouse, CSC, Sales, CFF, Manufacturing, and Planning. * Manage transportation providers to schedule deliveries. * Collaborate with customer supply teams. * Participate in customer meetings alongside Sales and CSC. **Customer Relations and Operational Monitoring** * Visit customer CEDIS facilities to identify operational opportunities. * Timely follow-up on deliveries, returns, and shortages. * Establish collaborative relationships with customers’ logistics teams. **Transportation Financial and Administrative Management** * Generate, review, and validate freight payment invoices. * Audit and compare rates against commercial agreements. * Track discrepancies with carriers and billing. * Analyze logistics costs and identify savings opportunities. **Continuous Improvement and Strategic Projects** * Lead cost-saving and logistics efficiency projects. * Identify improvement areas to increase logistics profitability. * Participate in SAP and TMS projects. * Support evaluation, selection, and negotiation of carriers in collaboration with Procurement. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Distribution planning: transportation, cube utilization, constraints, and geography. * End-to-end transportation and distribution management (B2B and B2C). * Knowledge of OMS/TMS and load efficiency. * Proficiency with dashboards, KPIs, and Lean methodologies. * Experience in omnichannel logistics and e-commerce. * Fleet optimization and monitoring. * Logistics process automation and control. * Business process integration and visibility. * Advanced English (business interactions). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP. **DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES** * Analytical thinking with a business focus. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to build relationships with internal departments and customers. * Effective organization and planning. * Adaptability to change. * Collaborative negotiation. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Power BI proficiency preferred. **REQUIREMENTS** * Full-Time (Permanent) * 100% on-site work. * Indefinite-term contract. * This position is not eligible for relocation. **BENEFITS** Join SC Johnson and become part of one of Latin America’s best places to work with: * Innovative LEED-certified offices and production plants designed with open spaces to inspire creativity, equipped with the tools needed to enhance your daily experience. * Career development opportunities that will advance your professional growth within a dynamic work environment where you can unleash your potential at a global leader in consumer goods. * Additional days off to recharge. * Access to a comprehensive benefits program focused on personal, family, and financial wellbeing, promoting work-life balance. **ABOUT US** SC Johnson is a fifth-generation family company built on a spirit of adventure and doing well by doing right.
