




Job Summary: This role is responsible for cleaning and organizing the kitchen and dining area, including washing tableware and utensils, maintaining workstations, and providing general support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen and dining areas 2. Ensure availability of clean tableware and utensils 3. Provide general support across various tasks and assigned areas Duties: * Collect used kitchen utensils from dining and kitchen areas * Load and unload dishwashers, handling equipment, tableware, utensils, and cleaning products correctly and in appropriate quantities * Hand-wash specific items (e.g., cutting boards, saucepans, general containers, tableware, and delicate glassware) * Store clean plates, glasses, and equipment properly * Organize workstations before meal preparation begins * Ensure sufficient clean plates, glasses, and utensils are always available, especially during peak hours * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies (e.g., detergents, scrub brushes, scouring pads, chlorine) and place orders as needed * Descale the dishwasher, sinks, and stainless-steel furniture in the assigned area once per week * Check dishwasher operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues * Clean restrooms during the shift according to the scheduled log and perform daily deep cleaning * Support all requested tasks and assigned areas Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,400.00 per month Experience: * Restaurants: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
