Position that promotes high-quality customer service **Adhara Soluciones Creativas S.A. de C.V. is looking for a Customer Service Assistant at AICM - Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Your next job is waiting for you at AICM!** **VIP Lounge in Terminal 1 is hiring: Customer Service Assistant** ***Responsibilities:*** support in snack preparation, reception, loading/unloading of supplies, restocking, bar setup and removal for food and beverages, kitchen and utensil cleaning, passenger assistance, inventory updates, among others. **Full-time schedule**, 2 weekdays off, rotating shifts (starting as early as 1:30 a.m. due to flight operations). ***Requirements:*** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in food and beverages. * Conversational service English. * Experience in kitchens, cafeterias, restaurants, or similar settings. * High availability for shift rotation. * Residence near the airport (max. 40 minutes, municipalities of Venustiano Carranza, Iztacalco, G.A.M.) ***We Offer:*** * Gross monthly salary: $11,000\. * Statutory benefits (social security from day one — 100% contributions to IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, and year-end bonus). * Enhanced benefits: Monthly food vouchers, 4\.17% savings fund, and complimentary uniforms. * Dynamic and cheerful work environment. * Job stability.
