Mexican barbecue restaurant seeks: **Grill Cook** Requirements: * Previous experience as a grill cook, taco cook, or in hot kitchen (mandatory). * Knowledge of grill operation, charcoal or gas. * Responsible, organized, and quality-oriented attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability to rotate shifts. Main responsibilities: * Prepare and cook meats and other items on the grill according to restaurant standards. * Ensure proper cooking, correct portioning, and excellent presentation. * Maintain workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Monitor temperatures, cooking times, and food quality. * Assist in preparation of ingredients for service. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient service.
