We are currently seeking: **CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Relations, Business Relations, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position * Advanced English (verifiable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * SAP knowledge (desirable) * Experience preparing commercial area reports and indicators Soft Skills: * Negotiation and assertive communication * Strategic thinking Key Responsibilities: * Ensure receipt and management of customer requirements, guaranteeing timely communication with Planning and Production * Monitor compliance with sales plans, shipments, and inventory levels * Maintain continuous communication with customers, providing periodic updates on order status * Develop customer service performance indicators * Prepare monthly sales budgets based on demand forecasts * Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies, managing priorities with Planning * Ensure accurate and timely data updates in SAP to prevent errors and delays At Grupo MC, we know that each team member is essential to fulfilling the promise we make to our customers: manufacturing their products as if they were our own!
