





Job Description: We are looking for a Training Assistant to support 100% administrative activities related to the organization, control, and follow-up of internal training programs. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong administrative abilities. Responsibilities: Support in the planning, organization, and logistics of courses, workshops, and internal trainings. Create, update, and organize attendance lists, evaluations, and training records. Maintain administrative records on internal platforms or HR systems. Follow up with vendors, instructors, and participants. Manage internal communications regarding training programs. Assist in the preparation of reports and area metrics. Keep training calendars and schedules up to date. Perform general administrative tasks for the department. Requirements: Completed high school diploma or ongoing technical/professional studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience not required (preferably in administrative or HR areas). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and office tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
