




Job Summary: This role seeks a skilled automotive technician to perform accurate diagnostics, assist in the reception of vehicles with complex faults, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and the use of advanced diagnostic tools. Key Highlights: 1. Accurate diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues in vehicles. 2. Key liaison between the workshop and the customer to ensure clear communication. 3. Technical knowledge multiplier and trainer. General Objective: Achieve accurate diagnoses on the first attempt, while supporting the Service Advisor during vehicle reception for complex faults, extracting maximum information about the vehicle’s issue through direct dialogue with the customer. Education Level: Automotive Technical Degree or Mechanical Engineering degree. Knowledge: Proficiency in manual and specialized workshop tools; computer and computer-based diagnostic equipment operation; familiarity with all relevant systems (ElsaPro, DISS, ETKA, etc.); workplace safety and hygiene practices. Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience at authorized dealerships, with verifiable specialization or certification. Customer Satisfaction 1\.1 Ensure rapid and compliant resolution according to Volkswagen’s technical problem requirements for its dealership network. 1\.2 Prevent repeated repairs and vehicle immobilization by issuing accurate diagnoses and processing required parts orders promptly. 1\.3 Provide consultative support to service advisors, workshop supervisors, and technical staff in resolving difficult technical issues. 1\.4 Serve as the liaison between the workshop and the end customer, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and precisely executed by the workshop. 1\.5 Serve as the liaison between the workshop and the customer, ensuring repairs performed are clearly understood by the customer. 1\.6 Act as a multiplier of knowledge acquired from training sessions or courses provided by VWM for dealership network personnel, sharing such knowledge with fellow service technicians, diagnosticians, or similar roles.
