




**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Post job vacancies on employment portals and social media. * Develop strategies for effective recruitment. * Carry out field recruitment when required by job openings. * Screen and pre-select candidates according to requested profiles. * Support the administration and recording of psychometric assessments. * Prepare departmental reports. * Assist with administrative tasks within the department. REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques. * Familiarity with employment portals and social media. * Proactive, organized attitude with strong communication skills. * Demonstrable experience in recruitment. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple tasks.
