General Objective: Responsible for certifying the quality of processed products to meet customer requirements. Establish, implement, maintain and improve the processes required for the Quality Management System. Timely and effective handling of customer complaints and/or claims. o REQUIREMENTS: \- Degree(s): Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration or related field (Graduated) \- Prior experience o Knowledge \- Quality Management System.
