




* Education level: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Industrial Pharmacy, or related pharmaceutical fields, with professional license. * Areas of knowledge and experience: NOM\-059\-SSA1, NOM\-072\-SSA1, NOM073\-SSA1, NOM\-177\-SSA1, NOM\-220\-SSA1, internal/external audits, preparation of NCRs, process validation, sampling of raw materials and packaging materials, product release, CAPA system, good manufacturing practices. * Experience: 7 years in the quality assurance area * Flexible working hours * Intermediate English Responsibilities: * Ensure all documentation is issued and controlled according to requirements * Establish and follow up on current procedures for returns, complaints, deviations, non-conformities, CAPAs, product recalls, issuing all reports * Develop and maintain the organizational chart, follow up on the development of the quality manual, master validation plan, training programs, site master file * Control, management, distribution, archiving and obsolescence of policies, procedures, protocols, and manufacturing and packaging instructions * Coordinate the annual training program * Organize and plan department activities * Ensure all materials are analyzed, evaluated and approved and others.
