* To manage the control quality plan and proper execution to avoid customer issues, protect the customer first priority. * Manage and assure the documentation at the lines to have proper guidance and knowledge available in all the process. * Train maintenance production team and Audit to assure proper process and guidance are follow up according to the standard. * Develop kaizen projects related to process upgrades, new potential insources that improve total production cost, transformation cost, WSE and make buy ratio. * Involve 100% in Stella Project need to assure proper processes buy off, certifications and documentation to assure quality loops and targets for Pilots and Start of Production. * Assure middle cycle actions for current productions execution, such as AMPS, process sheets, welding sheets and Audit the compliance in all the lines. * Manage quality metrics and assure their compliance to the target by downloading clear and accurate information, performs GEMBA to pointed out root cause of the defects and assure the correction supporting at all time the maintenance production supervisor. * Scrap targets management to assure proper root cause identification, compliance to the business target and actions are properly taken. * Assure the standardization of the process in the 3 shifts to comply according to the regulations and quality requirements, procedures, process standards. * Development and execution of productivity projects to reduce indirect labor managed by them in order to comply the annual target. * Control of audits related to the process compliance and assure good results through preliminary audits and proper countermeasures taken with the support of production maintenance supervisors (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, MQGR, Quality reviews). * Kaizen development lead, problem solver guide and guru to lead in complex problems resolution, involving dimensional, process, welding, sealer experts to address and correct conditions. * Coordination of ISD, final line, warranty, SCA issues, meetings representation and download proper information to the team, they assure the proper actions are taken to correct all the pending ítems. * Process improvement lead to assure cycle time, efficient operations, change in the process and product. * First point of contact with SQA, vendors, suppliers to correct incoming material issues, external material issues, claims, root cause and countermeasures.
