Location: Tlalnepantla Type: On Site As a Project Engineer you will develop innovative solutions and new approaches to engineering problems to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organisation's standards of quality and cost. What you will do: * Work with engineering service providers, contractors, and vendors. * Ensure regulatory and company compliance with all applicable standards, procedures, and best working practices. * Provide troubleshooting assistance to the plant. * Work with the production, and other plant teams to improve safety, product quality, and production efficiencies. * Develop, evaluate, and seek approval for process modifications and optimization programs to improve the efficiency and capability of plant processes. * Assist Operations and Maintenance with troubleshooting of processing equipment and increase process reliability using root cause analysis. Required to be on\-call 24/7, availability for travelling to different Ingredion Facilities in Mexico.
