RESPONSIBILITIES: Make telephone calls and provide customers with information about economical service packages for service retention or offer current recovery promotions to encourage prompt payment, based on lists generated by the system. REQUIREMENTS . Completed high school education. 1 year of experience in telephone sales or call centers. Strong verbal communication skills. Customer-oriented attitude.
