We are currently seeking a qualified **Quality Engineer** to join our team. The **Project Quality Specialist** is responsible for developing and executing the standardization of manufacturing quality enablers. The candidate must be creative in **problem solving**, proactive, and firm in identifying and resolving vehicle quality issues. The engineer will have experience in cross-functional management and possess broad knowledge across automotive engineering, manufacturing, and quality domains, as well as exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Perform root cause analysis of quality issues. * Recommend and implement permanent and cost-effective corrective actions. * Analyze quality data using internal and external indicators. * Manage engineering changes in collaboration with a cross-functional team to ensure timely execution. * Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process changes before full implementation, and act as the point of contact for engineering quality and all product-related incidents. * Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics. * Plan, prioritize, set objectives, and manage multiple projects within a technical and business environment. * Support meetings at all company levels, including senior management. * Establish partnerships both internally and externally. * Represent the customer's voice to platform teams and contribute to or drive team success by clarifying expectations and minimizing political obstacles. * **Vehicle assembly plant audits.** Requirements: **\- Automotive industry experience** **\- Experience in Quality Problem Analysis** \- Experience with "Few Early Warranty" (refers to a type of warranty covering product defects or issues during a limited period) \- Experience/knowledge in using **advanced problem-solving tools** (Kepner\-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, design of experiments, etc.) \- Ability to collect, synthesize, and categorize data into meaningful information \- Experience in quality/standardization **\- Advanced English proficiency** Job type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $33,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Dental insurance * Grocery vouchers Language: * English (Desirable) Work location: Hybrid remote in 50000 Toluca, ESTADO DE MEXICO
