SISSA, a leading Mexican company in electronic security and cutting-edge automation systems, is looking for NETWORK AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SUPERVISOR Education: BACHELOR'S/ENGINEERING IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, COMPUTER SYSTEMS, ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS (DEGREE AND LICENSE) Supervise and execute the implementation of network, telecommunications, computer, and telephony systems. Knowledge in: * Validate compliance with implementation by subcontracted provider * Implement solutions in networks, telecommunications, computing, and telephony * Execute implementation and supervise activities of external provider * Perform equipment installation validations * Conduct functionality tests on installed equipment * Organize work team under their responsibility, assigning tasks and responsibilities for proper execution * Ensure compliance in project implementation * Supervise and report project progress * Resolve technical issues arising during project execution * Technical case follow-up with providers * Implementation follow-up with work team and subcontractors * Preparation of technical reports and project documentation * Validate supply of equipment, supplies, materials, and tools necessary for project execution * Validate deliverables from subcontracted provider * Execution of activities according to work plan * Provide operator-level and user-level training * Ensure proper transition from project implementation * Generate technical material for project closure * Development and execution of acceptance test protocols * Work team management Experience: * Experience in IT infrastructure implementation * Experience in network implementation * Experience in CCTV system implementation * Experience in wireless network implementation * Operating systems * Configuration of switches, routers, and access points * IP and analog telephony, PBX configuration * Structured UTP cabling * Fiber optics * Standards for conduit and structured cabling * Point-to-point microwave links * Reading and interpretation of topologies and single-line diagrams * Troubleshooting in networks and computing * Knowledge in using structured cabling and fiber optic equipment Knowledge in: * CCNA (CISCO), Structured Cabling We offer: * Job stability * Statutory benefits, vacations, profit sharing, Christmas bonus * Good working environment Salary: $25,000 to $30,000 per month + STATUTORY BENEFITS If you are interested and meet the profile, apply through this channel and we will contact you Job type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site job
