We are looking for: HOSPITAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Project) **REQUIREMENTS**: Maintenance Technician, Electrician, Industrial Technician / Incomplete Degree Flexible working hours (mandatory) **KNOWLEDGE** Infrastructure maintenance. Hydraulic and sanitary installations. Electrical supply. Carpentry. Drywall. Painting. Welding. HVAC systems handling. Medical gases and oxygen. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure, hydraulic-sanitary systems, and electrical systems through a scheduled program, including repairs to doors, locks, partitions, ramps, structures, installation of signage, as well as repairing water leaks, general inspection of sinks and washbasins, pipes and electrical panels, patching, lamp replacement, cutting, to ensure proper functioning and operation of the hospital. Track preventive and corrective maintenance of medical gas, electromechanical, voice, and data equipment based on vendor-provided schedules and by requesting corrections for reported equipment failures, to ensure proper functioning and operation of such equipment. Track incidents generated via tickets from the operations department, maintaining logs and photographic evidence to support and administer completed work. Conduct daily inspections of critical areas and equipment to identify malfunctions and incidents, reporting them to the operations department and, where applicable, correcting the defect to maintain hospital operations. Follow up on material deliveries onsite according to prepared requisitions to carry out requested repairs.
