Main Responsibilities: 1.- Management Support Management of schedules, meetings, and pending tasks. Preparation of reports, documents, and presentations. Organization and control of relevant information. 2.- Commercial Activities and Client Service Client service via email, phone, and WhatsApp. Preparation and submission of quotations. Follow-up on commercial proposals. 3.- Tenders Compilation of administrative and technical files. Organization and control of documentation. Tracking of deadlines, deliveries, and procedures. 4.- Project Follow-up Administrative support for project control. Coordination with internal departments (procurement, project managers, operations). Tracking of progress, pending items, and deliverables. 5.- General Administration Document control and archiving. Monitoring of administrative expenses.
