If you possess excellent project management skills and a strong grasp of industry best practices, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. ¨¨¨¨¨¨ WE ARE SEEKING ¨¨¨¨¨¨¨ *DATA CENTER DESIGN ENGINEER* · Candidate Profile: Academic Background: University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Postgraduate Degree/Certification (Desirable/Plus): Desirable certifications: Professional license; CCRD ICREA; CDCP Uptime Institute. English: Intermediate level / B1-B2 (Able to read technical manuals, participate in meetings with foreign suppliers, and draft reports) Professional Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Data Center projects Architectural design and civil works coordination Coordination of multidisciplinary engineering disciplines Construction supervision and technical review Main Responsibilities: Develop engineering and architectural design for Data Center projects Prepare architectural layouts and critical area distribution Coordinate civil works, structural, and finishing design Participate in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering development Review and validate architectural and civil drawings Coordinate architectural integration with electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications disciplines Design solutions focused on operational continuity and maintenance Quantification and preparation of itemized catalogs Preparation of construction bill-of-quantities Participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers Provide technical follow-up during construction and execution Identify construction risks and propose solutions Monthly Salary Range: Fixed Base Salary $20,000–25,000 monthly gross Benefits Grocery vouchers Savings fund Savings box Minor medical expenses coverage Subsidized cafeteria (at CDMX corporate office) Life insurance Laptop and mobile phone for job performance 100% IMSS contribution Direct employment with the company · IMPORTANT Travel Availability: Mandatory (Projects across different states or abroad).
