Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise teams involved in the construction and implementation of fiber optic infrastructure, designing routes and managing resources to ensure service continuity. MEGA and MCM, leading companies in the sector undergoing expansion, are seeking your talent as: MCM CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR Responsibilities and Main Activities: - Assign optimal routes within the crew’s coverage area for last-mile deployment, establishing the shortest-distance, lowest-cost, and least operationally disruptive path to minimize future customer incidents. - Coordinate the fiber optic construction crew when technical support is required due to fiber cuts or malfunctions in Metrocarrier’s Core or last-mile fiber routes with customers, restoring service with appropriate measurements to ensure continuity of MetroCarrier’s services. - Safeguard and allocate materials and equipment under the supervisor’s responsibility, monitoring cost-efficiency and productivity to ensure all necessary resources are always available to complete assigned tasks. - Design and establish minimal routes, installation timelines, and required fiber distances by analyzing all available options to deliver services to enterprise customers through the supervisor’s crews. Requirements: - Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. - Valid driver’s license. - Standard driving proficiency. - Minimum 1 year of experience in construction and supervision.
