Universidad Univermilenium is seeking: ***Academic-Economic/Administrative Coordinator*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in economics or administration. * Minimum one year of experience in academic-administrative roles within higher education institutions. * Minimum three years of teaching experience. **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Results-oriented * Customer-oriented * Ability to work under pressure * Frustration tolerance **Main Responsibilities:** * Hire teaching staff based on profiles and guidelines established by SEP. * Ensure timely submission of documents such as lesson plans and exams. * Provide support and resolve issues for students, parents, and faculty. * Conduct periodic classroom visits to carry out faculty evaluations. * Review and propose improvements to the undergraduate curriculum. * Analyze student absenteeism and dropout rates and propose improvement measures. * Supervise that the list of students with overdue tuition payments is up to date prior to examination periods. **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 (Salary + Vouchers) * Study Scholarship * Statutory Benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
