Direct on-site supervision and personnel coordination **RH HUNTING is seeking a Software Architect in Toluca, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- **We are actively seeking your talent as an Architect!** **Work Location:** San Jerónimo Chicahualco, Metepec, State of Mexico. **Work Modality:** On-site (70% office / 30% field) **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. * **2 to 5 years** of experience in similar roles, focused on: * + Cost engineering + Budgeting and estimation + Architectural design and visualization * Availability for on-site supervision and fieldwork. **Essential Knowledge:** * Advanced AutoCAD. * Opus and/or Neodata. * Modeling and rendering software: * + V\-Ray + Lumion + Twinmotion or similar. * Microsoft Project or project management software. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of executive projects. * Creation of renders and architectural visualizations. * Budget integration, estimations, and cost analysis. * Direct on-site supervision, validating quality and schedule compliance. * Coordination of operational staff, work crews, and subcontractors. **Compensation Offer** * Base salary of **$20,000 net monthly** ***(negotiable based on experience and expertise).*** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Training and onboarding. * Professional growth opportunities. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Fixed weekend rest. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Architecture **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a07ba954100002f00ba1ab4\&source\=indeed*
