Support in psychometric evaluations and initial interviews (depending on academic progress level). Updating and managing candidate and employee databases. Participation in organizational climate campaigns and internal communication. Preparation of talent management reports. **Requirements:** Active Psychology student (5th semester or later, or in professional practice stage). Interest in organizational, marketing, or internal communication areas. Basic proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
