Professional learning and development environment Vacancy: Commercial Trainer / Instructor We are looking for a trainer passionate about learning and talent development to join our team. Ideal Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related fields (preferred). Enjoys teaching, training, and developing people. Patient, organized, and articulate individual. Intelligent, dynamic, and capable of clearly explaining concepts. Prior experience in training or team development is desirable. Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions and instructional workshops to agents. Support the development and follow-up of training programs. Accompany the learning process and capability enhancement of the commercial team. We Offer: Base salary: $15,000 per month Benefits: Major Medical Expenses Insurance Professional learning and development environment Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Saturdays tentative, depending on training activities.
