Dynamic operational environment focused on continuous improvement A hotel in Valle de Bravo is looking for a Controller with a strong focus on internal control, process implementation, and tax compliance. We seek a structured, operational profile capable of organizing, supervising, and strengthening the unit’s financial controls. Position Objective Ensure the hotel’s financial, accounting, and tax order through the implementation and supervision of controls, processes, and reports that guarantee operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Implement and strengthen internal controls. Supervise accounting, accounts payable, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial statements. Monitor budgets and analyze variances. Supervise inventories and operating costs. Ensure tax compliance and manage relationship with accounting firm. Establish clear and measurable administrative procedures. Actively participate in daily operations. Profile We Seek Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. 4–6 years of experience in financial control. Experience implementing processes and controls. Up-to-date knowledge of tax matters. Knowledge of payroll calculation. Advanced Excel. Highly organized and structured profile. Ability to work in an operational environment. Hotel experience is not mandatory.
