




Job Summary: Responsible for safeguarding the agency's interests, managing entry points, controlling vehicle traffic, and conducting security patrols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in vehicle parking and maintain cleanliness REQUIREMENTS * Age: 28 – 45 years old * Education: Junior high school * Shift availability (24x24) * 1 year of experience * Punctuality * Quality orientation * Respectfulness * Ability to work under pressure * Tolerance * 2 employment references * Clean criminal record **PURPOSES** * It is your responsibility to safeguard and protect the agency's interests. * Report all malfunctions and/or areas in poor condition identified to General Management and Administrative Management. * Manage and monitor the agency’s entrance. * Control vehicle departures. * Receive materials, spare parts, and new vehicles dispatched outside regular hours by VW, as well as vehicles for repair brought by towing services outside working hours. * Conduct security patrols every two hours throughout the agency to verify that everything is in order. * When required, admit new vehicles dispatched by VW, following the New Vehicle Checklist. * Report any anomalies observed during duties to General Management. * Maintain cleanliness of gardens and customer parking areas. * Assist the Service Department with vehicle parking arrangements. * Comply with and enforce all requirements of the Quality Management System, Safety and Hygiene measures, and Ecology guidelines. * Keep your work area clean and orderly at all times.
