Continuous evaluation and updating of knowledge In plain terms, **this is what the role entails**: Main Responsibilities * **Deliver courses and training** (theoretical and practical). * **Teach security procedures**: access control, patrols, incident response. * **Train personnel in risk and emergency management** (theft, fire, evacuation, first aid). * **Instruct on proper equipment usage** (radios, CCTV, detectors, and occasionally firearms where permitted by law). * **Explain the legal framework**: human rights, lawful use of force, laws and regulations. * **Evaluate personnel** through exams, drills, and simulations. * **Update knowledge** in response to legal changes or emerging threats. * Experience in private security, armed guards, and in-house security personnel Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
