Job Summary: We are seeking a Shadow Caregiver with experience in psychiatric patient care to provide support and assistance to a patient suffering from postpartum depression, applying excellent interpersonal skills and verbal de-escalation techniques. Proficiency in verbal de-escalation techniques Therapeutic community Los Alcatraces is seeking a Shadow Caregiver to provide care Monday through Saturday for a patient with postpartum depression. Clinical facility located near the Toluca bus terminal. Requirements: \- Prior experience caring for psychiatric patients. \- Excellent interpersonal treatment of patients. \- Proficiency in verbal de-escalation techniques. \- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, covering three to six 24-hour shifts per week. \- Technical or bachelor's degree (internship status acceptable) in health-related fields such as nursing or psychology. \- Experience assisting patients with basic needs. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $4,500\.00 \- $8,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
