Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, managing the full recruitment and selection cycle with emphasis on security profiles. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on private security profiles Due to expansion, we require a Recruiter for the recruitment and selection area with experience in security profiles (minimum 6 months). Salary: $12,000 MXN per month. Location: We are a 3-minute walk from San Antonio metro station on the Orange Line. Responsibilities: \- Talent attraction (organic and social media) \- Competency-based interviews \- Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests \- Administration of socioeconomic studies \- Hiring process \- Personnel file management \- Separation procedures for security personnel \- Google Drive management \- Social media management \- Meta management Experience in the private security sector is required.
