REQUIREMENTS: Professional: Industrial Engineer or related degree (certified) * Minimum 3 years of experience * Process control * Personnel management * Full-time Salary: $13,000 to $16,000 per month RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure personnel properly wear PPE and maintain hygiene within the work area * Ensure and follow up on safety and sanitation procedures within the work area * Maintain control and record of activities and working hours, meeting established timeframes * Assign work roles according to personnel skills to improve efficiency within the area * Report incidents involving personnel under your supervision * Complete logs (personnel and processes) * Manage supplies, inventory, and activity planning.
