




Job Summary: Sodexo is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise and organize the cleaning staff’s tasks, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of supplies and compliance with safety standards SODEXO, A LEADING COMPANY IN QUALITY SERVICES, IS SEEKING A SHIFT LEADER (FOR CLEANING STAFF) WORK LOCATION: Metepec, State of Mexico Responsibilities: * Organize and assign daily cleaning tasks to staff (or assist with cleaning tasks when necessary) * Deliver products, equipment, and machinery * Verify correct use of products, equipment, and machinery * Monitor timeframes and adherence to routines * Train new staff on procedures and standards * Monitor attendance, schedules, and shifts * Report incidents, absences, or needs to supervisor or management * Maintain records of tasks, supplies, and equipment * Request replenishment of cleaning materials and products * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards * Supervise use of PPE (gloves, masks, etc.) Employment Offer: * Net weekly salary: $2,398 * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers: $1,100 * Life insurance * Two paid days off per year * Annual school bonus: $350 * Annual Christmas bonus: $350 Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with two weekdays off Interested candidates should send their CV to Miriam.Gallarza@sodexo.com or apply through this platform.
