We invite you to join our successful team for this new expansion project as a **Neonatologist**. **Objective:** To deliver high-quality and safe medical care to patients admitted to the Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, through risk management, regulatory compliance, institutional guidelines, and implementation of safe operational processes. Work Location: Santa Fe, CDMX Work Modality: 100% in-person Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM Day Off: Sunday Mandatory: Must reside near the work area Experience: 1 to 2 years Education: Medical Doctor with Specialty in Pediatrics and Subspecialty in Neonatology **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the Neonatal Intensive Care clinical unit. * Implement SIGECES directives, guidelines, and processes. * Ensure timely, legible, and complete completion of clinical records, clinical history, admission notes, and progress notes. * Complete death certificates. * Efficiently utilize necessary supplies required for the operation of the Neonatal Care Unit. * Participate in managing medical complaints or patient grievances. * Coordinate with the attending physician to empathetically inform parents or legal guardians about the patient’s current status and therapeutic plan. * Promote adherence to protocols and regulatory compliance among the medical community. * Participate in emergency code activation and respective drills. * Contribute to meeting performance indicators. **We Offer:** * Base salary + statutory benefits + punctuality and attendance bonus + grocery vouchers. * Direct employment with the company. * IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation entitlement, and Carso Group discounts.
