We are looking for a committed and leadership-oriented **Service Manager** to join our security team. **What will you do?** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff during their shift. * Ensure compliance with the company’s established security protocols. * Prepare incident reports and track developments. * Ensure proper performance and appearance of personnel under your supervision. * Provide attention and support during emergency situations. * ***Work schedule: 12\*12*** **What do you need to join our team?** **Academic profile:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferably in security or related field). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in a similar position within the private security sector. * Knowledge of personnel management, reporting, and logbooks. * Experience in corporate or industrial facilities is desirable. **Benefits of joining us:** * Base salary: $17,000 MXN * $1,000 monthly bonus * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium). * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
