Opportunity for continuous development and training Sodexo is seeking an HVAC TECHNICIAN (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) for a banking corporate facility Work Location: Metepec (San Jorge Pueblo Nuevo) REQUIREMENTS * Technical Engineering or Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical degree * Minimum age of 23 years * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position or related field * Knowledge of the refrigeration cycle * Experience with refrigeration kitchen equipment * Knowledge and experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers, packaged units, split systems, mini-split systems, and AHUs * Experience with cooling towers * Knowledge and experience in general maintenance (electrical work, plumbing, painting, drywall, etc.) * Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical failures in equipment and systems * Responsible and customer-oriented * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to travel throughout the state RESPONSIBILITIES * Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems according to quality and safety standards * Diagnose HVAC equipment failures and provide effective solutions * Interact with customers to deliver excellent customer service, address their concerns, and provide recommendations * Maintain detailed records of all interventions, repairs, and equipment maintenance * Conduct periodic site visits to customer locations * Adhere to the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule * Support general maintenance activities WE OFFER * Weekly net salary: $3,546 * Monthly food vouchers: $1,800 * Work schedule: 4x3 rotating shift from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am ***(ROTATING MONTHLY)*** * Monthly rotation * Statutory benefits * IMSS coverage from day one * Two paid personal days per year * Christmas vouchers * School supplies vouchers * Free uniforms * Life insurance * 15-day bonus (aguinaldo) * Continuous training Please send your updated CV and apply directly via Indeed or email Miriam.Gallarza@sodexo.com Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,101\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
