**REQUIREMENTS** Age: 25 \- 45 years old Education: High school diploma **Valid driver's license** RESPONSIBILITIES: \*Receive customers with the best attitude \*Direct customers to the service advisor \*Offer courtesy amenities \*Control customer entries to the workshop \*Attend to waiting customers \*Punctuality \*Quality \*Respect \*Ability to work under pressure \*Tolerance Service Manager: To inform about any issues encountered during your work process. Service Advisors: Direct customers according to their scheduled appointments. Lead Manager: Guide customers arriving at reception who wish to schedule an appointment. Public Counter: Direct customers to the requested area for purchasing parts or accessories. Marketing/CRM Manager: Provide end-of-service customer satisfaction surveys for subsequent analysis and implementation of measures. **EXTERNAL** Customers: Administer end-of-service satisfaction surveys. Assign a Service Advisor to customers arriving without appointments due to emergencies. Offer courtesy amenities to customers.
