




OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Ensure an **immersive, safe, and memorable experience** for customers by correctly operating the virtual reality system, facilitating gameplay, providing customer service, and complying with the brand’s technical and service standards. **3. Key Responsibilities** **Customer Experience** * Greet, guide, and prepare customers before, during, and after the experience. * Clearly explain game rules, mechanics, safety protocols, and VR equipment usage. * Facilitate narrative immersion in the game. * Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate feedback to the team. **Technical Operations** * Set up, calibrate, and operate virtual reality equipment (headsets, backpacks, sensors, and software). * Monitor gameplay in real time and resolve basic technical issues. * Perform cleaning, care, and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Report technical failures or anomalies according to established protocols. **Safety and Compliance** * Ensure compliance with physical and digital safety standards. * Respond quickly and judiciously to risky or emergency situations. * Ensure customers adhere to equipment and facility usage guidelines. **Location Operations** * Assist with general operational tasks at the location. * Cash handling. * Present menu and deliver food and beverages requested by customers. * Adhere to schedules, procedures, and franchise standards. * Actively collaborate with the team to ensure uninterrupted service.
