Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified electromechanical technician to maintain electromechanical systems and equipment at our manufacturing facilities, with responsibilities spanning design, analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop electromechanical systems and components 2. Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and performance 3. Solve complex electromechanical problems in manufacturing About the Role We are looking for a qualified electromechanical technician to join our team in Toluca, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining electromechanical systems and equipment across our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electricity and mechanics. • Design and develop electromechanical systems and components • Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and performance.* Solve and resolve complex electromechanical problems in manufacturing processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and automation solutions. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects and systems. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. • Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams. Your Skills and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field • 3\-5 years of experience in electromechanics or a related field • Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems * Experience in PLC programming and industrial automation • Familiarity with robotics and manufacturing processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us We offer competitive salaries aligned with local market standards and the scope and responsibilities of each position.
