




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cycle Counter to ensure inventory accuracy in warehouses, perform cycle counts, and manage adjustments in SAP, contributing to an ethical work environment. Is part of a team with an ethical work environment. **Position: Cycle Counter** **Position Authority:** Report any operation or activity posing a risk to product safety or any aspect within the organization, immediately alerting the relevant departments according to the escalation plan. **Position Back-up:** Material Flow **Job Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the accuracy of stock quantities across all company warehouses and ensure adjustments are applied in the ERP (SAP), complying with applicable regulations. **Entry Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** TSU or Bachelor’s degree, preferably with prior experience in a similar role within the industry. * **Knowledge of:** IATF standard, ISO 14001, CSR. * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year of cycle counting experience in the industry. * **Desired Experience:** 2 years as a Cycle Counter and/or Warehouse Team Leader. **Main Activities:** * Collaborate to ensure inventory figure accuracy. * Perform cycle counts on materials with the highest turnover. * Ensure scrap material is collected weekly and that the area remains organized. * Request necessary inventory adjustments to keep SAP updated. **Technical Competencies:** * ERP (SAP) * Knowledge of inventory adjustments * Problem-solving **Performance Indicator:** Number of system adjustments and inventory compliance rate of at least 95%. **Organizational Responsibilities:** * Actively promote compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions. * Foster sustainability and environmental protection, complying with legal requirements and objectives of the Environmental Management System. * Participate in job-related activities as required by the company. **Soft Skills:** * Prioritization: Medium-High * Planning and Organization: Medium-Low * Analytical and Synthesis Ability: Medium-High * Customer Orientation: Medium-High * Teamwork: Medium-High **Join our team and be part of an ethical and respectful work environment!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
