Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to handle job posting dissemination, field activities, interviews, psychometric assessments, and candidate file management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dissemination of job openings and field recruitment activities. 2. Conducting interviews and administering psychometric assessments. 3. Onboarding new hires to the company and their respective positions. **!!!
