




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to evaluate the feasibility of new products for remanufacturing or assembly, coordinate their implementation, and improve processes at Daimler Truck Toluca. Objective of the Position: Obtain and process information to determine whether a new product for the local market is feasible for remanufacturing or assembly at Toluca Plant. Explore and propose new products for Toluca Plant by actively participating in the proposal and selection processes of the remanufacturing center (AMPIT and AMPC). Monitor the implementation of new products and ensure that defined timelines are met on time and as scheduled, with established deliverables. Job Responsibilities: * Monitor the implementation of new products, coordinate implementation activities, assess risks, and jointly with the team propose solutions and/or alternative plans. * Monitor the backlog of new products, obtain necessary information for decision-making regarding the feasibility of implementing a product at Toluca Plant. * Coordinate departments involved in the quotation process for new products. * Participate in forums discussing new product proposals (AMPIT, AMPC). * Conduct benchmarking with other Reman Centers through best practices and lessons learned. Build cooperative and supportive relationships. * Collect and analyze data serving as input for R\&D improvement processes.
