A reputable company specializing in industrial maintenance is seeking: **"MAINTENANCE GENERALIST"** We seek a technician capable of performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on the company’s facilities, equipment, and furniture, covering electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, and general areas, ensuring their proper operation, safety, and preservation. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general maintenance tasks on electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, air conditioning, and common-area systems. * Repair or replace equipment, components, and furniture as required. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify failures or hazards in facilities. * Maintain records of work performed and materials used. * Support installation and relocation of equipment and furniture. * Coordinate with external suppliers or contractors for specialized work. * Comply with industrial safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and the maintenance warehouse. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electricity, or Maintenance. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits.
