




**Objective:** Carry out the delivery and collection of customer materials through safe transportation, ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of quality, treatment, and service, while consistently safeguarding the company’s image. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Federal Class "B" driver's license. * Operate a 10-ton truck. **Internal relationships:** * All staff. **External relationships:** * Suppliers. * Transporters. * Customers. **Functions:** · Maintain company transport equipment in optimal condition (including cleanliness) and inspect it at the start of each shift to detect any mechanical failure and ensure its correction. · Be responsible for all legal transportation obligations (verification, registration, license). · Keep accurate records of required maintenance for the vehicle to ensure it remains in optimal operating condition. · Perform material delivery and collection according to given instructions. · Report any issues related to delivery to their immediate supervisor. · Provide continuous customer service regarding transportation, loading, and deliveries, keeping their immediate supervisor informed at all times, always with courtesy and respect. · Deliver waybills, invoices, or product receipt or loading documents in accordance with customer protocols. · During customer collections, verify that the material being loaded matches the documentation provided versus the number of containers or pieces. · Support departmental tasks to achieve objectives without neglecting their primary responsibilities. · Carry out activities requested by department management and supervisors.
