We are seeking a **Radio Operators Coordinator** who wants to join a dynamic team and contribute leadership, operational control, and knowledge of the telecommunications sector. **Position Objective** Supervise and manage the radio operator team responsible for **confirming and assigning internet and telephone services** to field technicians, ensuring **efficiency, accuracy, and achievement of operational indicators**. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily activities of the radio operator team. * Validate actual customer confirmations before assigning services. * Manage assignment and tracking of work orders (installations, reconnections, changes, cancellations). * Monitor key performance indicators: effective confirmations, cancellations, response times. * Identify and correct **poor operational practices** (false confirmations, duplicate orders, incorrect closures). * Generate productivity and performance reports. * Train staff on customer service protocols and Megacable procedures. * Ensure smooth communication between operators, technicians, and overall coordination. **Requirements** * **Completed high school diploma or partial technical degree / bachelor's degree** (Administration, Telecommunications, or related field). * **Minimum of 2 years of mandatory experience** in coordinating radio operator teams or operational call centers. * Knowledge of **telecommunications service installation and maintenance processes (Megacable, Izzi, Totalplay, Telmex, etc.)**. * Proficiency with **management systems**. * Intermediate Excel skills (reporting, tracking, data management). * Availability to **work under pressure and goal-oriented environments**. **Skills and Competencies** * Operational leadership and team management. * Clear communication, firm yet empathetic attitude. * Analysis and monitoring of performance indicators. * Organization, discipline, and results focus. * Ability to resolve incidents and make quick decisions. **We Offer** * Base salary: **$10,000 – $12,000 MXN gross per month** (depending on experience). * **Bonuses for achieving operational targets.** * Professional growth within the operations department. * Continuous training. * Excellent working environment.
