The primary objective is to coordinate enrollment strategies and lead the sales team to expand our student community. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * **Experience:** 2 years leading commercial teams (mandatory). * **Skills:** CRM, Intermediate Excel, and excellent negotiation skills. **Responsibilities:** * Achieving enrollment targets. * Coordinating educational fairs and promotional events. * Managing and supervising the sales team. **Compensation:** * $14,000 base + uncapped commissions + bonuses. * Statutory benefits and educational scholarships.
